Another engine that is available in the Ultimate, Limited, and Night Edition is a 175-horsepower turbocharged four-cylinder engine that is offered together with a dual-clutch seven-speed automatic transmission and once again, an optional AWD (fuel economy 28/32 MPG).

The final option is the Kona Electric (EV), powered with a motor capable of 201 horsepower and 291 pound-feet of torque, with an impressive range of 258 miles (EPA-estimated fuel economy 132/108 MPGe).
